  • This three-tower elderly housing complex has 500 units altogether. Having facades of natural concrete, the towers are grouped around a sunken courtyard on a one-block site just south of Lake Street, the main commercial corridor in South Minneapolis.
  • This project is bordered by Blaisdell and Pillsbury Avenues between West 31st and 32nd Streets. These are the southernmost highrise buildings in Minneapolis.
