Facts

  • An initial proposal, which was designed by Eberhard Zeidler, included towers up to 250 feet tall. The city council voted to scale the project down. Cornoyer-Hedrick, who were the associate architects, then took over as the lead architect for the development.
  • The Symington Co. spearheaded the development and was the developer of the first two office buildings and the hotel. Opus West was the developer behind the other three office buildings. The condominium tower was a joint venture of GHE Associates and the Pivotal Simon Group.
