Facts

  • The tower will feature two distinct components; a super tall office tower topped with an off-center glass spire on the west side of the lot, and a tall hotel on the eastern side, fully integrated with the office structure by a multi-story skybridge extending from the hotel's top floors.
  • If built, it would surpass the Comcast Center, located on the adjacent block to the east, by over 500 feet to become Philadelphia's tallest building.
  • At the time of announcement in Spring 2008, there were no taller buildings in North America, though both Chicago and New York had buildings under construction taller than this.
