An archaeological survey of the site prior to construction revealed postholes dating from around 50 AD, part of a Roman mosaic floor as well as Ardenne and Stamford pottery shards dating from around 1050-1150.
Two roof terraces are featured.
The building is divided into approximately 162,500 square feet of office space and approximately 11,000 square feet of retail area.
The Cheapside frontage is clad with Portland stone, whilst the Wood Street and Milk Street façades are clad with glass and metal with adjustable brises soleil of aluminium.
