Facts

  • The building was proposed to be the most colourful building in Adelaide, with the façade painted in blue, green, white, yellow and red.
  • This development never eventuated because the site was bought by developer Urban Construct, whom instead built Liberty Towers, which currently occupies the site.
  • One of the conditions for approval, was that the proposed colours on the façade had to be toned down to better compliment the local area, hence if built the building's façade would have been pale orange, grey, dark blue and maroon.
