  • This thermal heating plant was completed in 1926 with two boilers. One more was added a year later, and the fourth and last in 1929.
  • Orginally constructed as a heating plant for Detroit Edison, later DTE Energy, the plant was bought by Thermal Ventures II of Youngstown, Ohio in 2003 to run the thermal heating plant.
