  • The underground army bunker is 100 by 80 meters, with walls 2 to 7.5 meters thick, with plans to house the new IDF museum.
  • The exhibition space of 1,200 sq m is devoted to Israel's history through the life of late PM Yitzhak Rabin, assasinated in 1995.
  • The museum sits on top of a 12,000 square meter, 40 meter high army bunker, designed in 1954 by AEG to house an emergency power plant.
  • The building features two iconic 20 meter high white winged curving roofs, each weighing 20 tons, and resembling flying doves.
  • The museum was officialy inaugurated on the 10th commemoration of the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin.
