This project was canceled in early 2008. The developers cited changing economic conditions, including tighter credit markets beginning in the second half of 2007.
On November 28, 2006, the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission denied a certificate of appropriateness for an 18-floor (205-ft.) residential tower, citing the height as too tall for its location in the Warehouse District. This revised version passed muster with the HPC in June 2007.
