Facts

  • Inspired by the owner's visit to a cafe in the United States, the Pagoda draws on the spirit of the 1920's American entertainment centers and merges Oriental and Western styles.
  • One of the city's early famous symbols of eclectic 'dream houses' design, the house stood abandoned until extensive renovations.
  • Renovation work took 5 years as a pavilion was added on the roof and a new 500 sq.m. basement was excavated.
