  • As of summer 2007 this project is in doubt. Development partners have filed lawsuits against one another, and the prospect of structured parking for residents of the Sexton is unknown.
  • Originally proposed as 4 floors of parking over ground-floor retail, in late 2005 developers expanded the parking component to 11 floors with 9 floors of condominiums on top.
  • The proposal was expanded to 25 floors in early 2006, and denied by the City Planning Commission on May 8, 2006.
  • A redesign in summer 2006 increased the height from 25 to 34 floors.
  • The parking component was intended to additionally serve residents of The Sexton, located just to the north, a rehabilitation by the same developer which opened in 2006.
