  • All facades are stucco except for the streetfront (north) facade of red brick, cast stone, and terra cotta ornamentation.
  • Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
  • The building's base features a three story street level component with a cast stone facade.
  • Six two-story Corinthian pilasters adorn the building's streetfront base facade.
  • Above the pilasters is a Corinthian cornice which initially anchored a wrought iron railing.
