  • The tower is situated at the western part of The Kremlin Wall facing Alexander's Gardens.
  • It is situated between The Borovitskaya Tower and The Commandant Tower.
  • The tower was named Konyushennaya (Stables) after Kremlin’s Konnyushenniy (Stables) Court that stood nearby.
  • The tower’s marquee top erected in 1676-1686 has survived in its medieval shape till nowadays.
  • The tower was given its present-day name in the 19th century after The Armoury Chamber had been built nearby.
