  • In April 2007, the site was cleared but construction delayed by plan changes to incorporate a major hotel in the project.
  • The residences will cost from between $400,000 and over $2 million for the 1 to 3 bedroom condominiums.
  • One Ten will include a parking garage on floors 2 through 6; a fitness facility, lounge and outdoor garden on the 7th floor; and residential units on floors 8 to 38.
  • According to the architect, the parapet height above the highest roof will be 433'-6".
  • Current blueprints call for the building's roof to match that of the current tallest building in Providence, the Bank of America Building. The tip will make it 28 meters taller and officially the tallest building in Providence and Rhode Island.
