Facts

  • If built, this will be the tallest building in Portland.
  • The preliminary design was revealed to the public on April 28, 2005.
  • The office tower appears similar to a scaled down and modified version of One International Place in Boston.
  • If it were completed, legal firm Pierce Atwood would've relocated from One Monument Square to here, and would've been one of the building's primary tenants.
  • According to the renderings, the portion of the building at the very corner of Franklin Arterial and Congress Street would've been sheathed in glass and stopped on the 14th level, and with a small rooftop garden.
