Facts

  • It was added to the National Register of Historic Places at the end of 2007, during reconstruction.
  • The taller section to the north was completed in 1967. It was stripped to its concrete frame during late 2006 and combined with an addition to the east during a reconfiguration to rental apartments during 2007 and 2008.
  • These offices were consolidated at the Midtown Exchange project in South Minneapolis in 2006.
  • This building was originally Eitel Hospital, and for many years served as offices for Allina, the largest non-profit healthcare provider in Minnesota.
