  • Now containing offices, this building originally housed the St. Agatha's Conservatory. A rooftop loggia has since been enclosed.
  • The main entrance facing Exchange Street is reached via two curved staircases, unique to buildings in downtown St. Paul. A secondary entrance along Cedar Street is one level lower.
