This building will have 8 floors of parking below ground, and 8 floors of parking on its first above ground levels.
Floors 10, 34, 57, and 74 are mechanical floors.
The large penthouse unit on floors 72 and 73 will occupy the entire top floor of the tower, and will be the most expensive, and highest, residential unit west of the Mississippi River.
The developer announced on December 16, 2005 that this current proposal will not be built due to rising construction cost, rising land prices, and a young high-rise condominium market that is not yet strong enough to support such large developments.
The top 16 floors of this tower will house 151 permanent residential condominiums units.
If completed, this will be the tallest skyscraper building in Las Vegas, with only the Stratosphere Tower being taller.
