Facts

  • It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing member of the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District.
  • An addition to the west was constructed by H.N. Leighton Company in 1910, designed by Kees & Colburn.
  • This is the first of the two Wyman Partridge Buildings. A taller structure (Wyman Partridge Building) was built 21 years later at the opposite corner of this block. The two buildings are connected at the rear.
