  • The Kickernick Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing member of the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District.
  • The northeastern portion was constructed by C.F. Haglin in 1902, to the designs of Long & Long.
  • The 1902 addition has a more open facade, characterized by larger, single windows in each bay, framed by pilasters and recessed spandrel panels, also giving it a vertical emphasis.
