  • The Seneca Niagara Casino Tower is the tallest building in Niagara Falls, surpassing the The Giacomo.
  • The original contractor, Klewin Building Company, was fired by Seneca Gaming in August 2005, while the tower was still unfinished. The construction subsidiary of the owner, Seneca Construction Management, completed the hotel.
  • It was completed in two phases: Phase I, comprising the public areas and first ten floors of rooms, opened on December 30, 2005; and Phase II, the remainder of the building, opened by March 31, 2006.
