  • This Eliel Saarinen-designed church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
  • In 1977 this church became the eighth recipient of the American Institute of Architects' prestigious Twenty-Five Year Award.
  • The north wing was completed in 1962 to the designs of Eliel's son Eero Saarinen. Together they complete a u-shaped plan with a courtyard enclosed by a covered walkway.
