Upon completion, this will be the second tallest structure in Las Vegas.
Only the Stratosphere Tower will remain taller as this luxury residence surpasses the height of all existing hotel casinos and residential towers in Las Vegas.
The original plan, proposed in February 2004, called for two 30-story towers topped with spires.
In late 2006, the development was reworked, and will include a 696-room Conrad condotel, a 216-room Conrad hotel, and 76 condominium residences by Waldorf=Astoria. The casino was removed from the development as part of the reworking.
