  • Fire Insurance maps indicate this building was 122 feet to the main roof slab, not including the penthouse.
  • A major fire gutted the structure on January 7, 2004. The building was scheduled to reopen as a luxury apartment complex in the spring of 2004.
  • The building was demolished in January 2005 after developers were unable to salvage the fire-damaged building.
