  • This building is intended to be the headquarters for the Andalusian financial company Alcaja.
  • The project occupies a space of 41,331 square metres and includes a 6-storey low-rise building and a car park with 4,000 spaces.
  • The tower's original 80 metre, 20-storey design was by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura.
  • There were five proposals for the site: a 225 metre tower by Arquitectonica, a 225 metre tower by Arata Isozaki, a 187 metre tower by Alejandro Zaera Polo, a 178 metre tower by Cesar Pelli, and a 120 metre tower by Valode & Pistre.
