Facts

  • Almost half of the units were reserved by the end of October. Site work began in February 2005.
  • The two towers share 372 parking spaces in a 2-level underground garage.
  • There is no numbered 13th floor.
  • These towers are almost entirely glass, featuring expansive views of the Minnesota River Valley and National Wildlife Refuge just to the south.
  • Marketing for this tower began in October 2004.
  • Because of its location at the south end of the new North-South runway at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, it features triple-paned glass, no balconies, and is without openable windows.
  • The tower has a green roof, minimizing surface runoff.
  • This, and the neighboring Reflections East Tower share a common one-story lobby.
  • This building received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council in Spring 2007. With its sister tower, it becomes the first LEED high-rise in Minnesota.
