bankruptcy during the savings and loan debacle.
The underground floors were planned for parking because the structure would have been
sitting between the northbound (Madison Avenue) and southbound (Belleview Avenue)
lanes of Kansas City, Missouri's Southwest Trafficway.
The site is zoned and was cleared for construction and remains vacant to this date.
