  • The building was doubled in size by adding a second "half" to the building. This construction took place from 1977 to 1979.
  • Floors one through eight have a floor to ceiling height of 18 feet. This was to accommodate telephone toll switching equipment.
  • Mechanical rooftop alterations undertaken from 2018-2021 to accommodate new HVAC equipment extended the overall building's height. The redesign incorporated the addition of perimeter ventilation louver screening, also serving as light grey architectural feature panels.
