Facts

  • 2500 Peachtree was built on the site of the historic Randolph-Lucas House, one of the last remaining residences on Peachtree Street/Road.
  • Because the 1924 Randolph-Lucas house was designated an historic landmark in 1990, it could not be demolished. Therefore, the developers agreed to move it 100 feet to the southwest, for use as a club house for the multi-million dollar residences.
  • With two below-ground levels of parking neatly hidden, 10 stories of 62 customized condominiums rise behind majestic oaks. Designed in the European "regency" style, this building resembles a very large house, despite its size.
