If built, the wheel would have topped a 50-metre (164-foot) entertainment complex and would have sported a revolving restaurant attached to its support pillars at a height of 130 metres (427 feet).
Each car woud have carried a maximum of 20 people.
Had the wheel been completed, it would have been the world's tallest, surpassing the Singapore Flyer which was completed in 2008. However, its title of 'world's tallest' would have been taken with the completion of the Beijing Great Wheel.
