  • The building is one of only a few new buildings faced with limestone, with over 14,000 limestone panels making up the facade.
  • 2,700 tons of steel and iron were used to frame this building.
  • Along with the Michigan Supreme Court, this building also houses the Michigan Supreme Court Learning Center, a small museum dedicated to teaching children and adults about the American judicial system.
