  • The Huron Club is proposed for the northeast corner of State and Huron, currenty occupied by three Italianate and Queen Anne style rowhouses.
  • Originally proposed in 2002 as a roughly 500 foot tower, the building as been scaled down and will take up a 8,509 square foot site currently occupied by 2 Queen Anne style rowhouses. The third rowhouse to the east containing the Ukrainian consulate will now remain intact.
  • This project was approved by the Chicago Plan Commission on Thursday November 17, 2005.
