Facts

  • This structure was originally constructed as a residential hotel, and included ground floor retail and an upscale cafe. It was one of three similar hotels constructed on Park Avenue between 1924 and 1925 by architect Louis Kamper and developer Lew W. Tuller.
  • Vacant as of 2002, a 2005 proposal to redevelop the building into 60 residential units has not been realized.
  • It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
