Facts

  • Originally constructed as the Park Avenue Hotel, one of three residential hotels designed and developed by Louis Kamper and Lew W. Tuller, respectively; it included 255 units.
  • Originally constructed as the 252-room Park Avenue Hotel, this residential hotel included a rooftop garden for residents and their guests, plus ten retail space on the ground floor, among other amenities.
  • It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, but it was imploded on July 11, 2015 to make way for the loading dock for the Little Caesars Arena.
