The building's front façade has 15 floors above ground, while the rear façade has 14 floors above ground.
On the ground floor the diagnosis and treatment units are located radially around the circulartion core. This provides easy access to patients and personnel. Out-patients are also provided with direct access-due to the sloping site that enables direct entry at different levels. The tall patient unit blocks and the lower diagnosis and treatment complex are structurally seperated from each other. The diagnosis and treatment complex has a terrace roof for the recreation of patients.
