  • Originally known as Winterton Point at 71.3m (234ft) tall, a refurbishment by HTA Architects in 1997 saw it renamed Winterton House and reclad with the tallest unreinforced masonry wall in the world.
  • The building's brickwork is self-supporting and is held in compression by a huge clamp which is attached to the top and bottom of the tower.
