  • Famous home-products and domestic living guru Martha Stewart was the original buyer for one of the tower's penthouses, although she sold it without ever living there.
  • The finish is Duranar "Getty White", as are most Richard Meier projects. There are outriggers, eyebrow and beam wraps all made of 3/16" aluminum plate to be attached to the units with the same white finish.
  • The buildings are conventionally glazed unit wall design of approximately 70,000 sq. ft., with exception of the large (2'-9" x 6'-3") casement vent that is structurally glazed.
  • Each building is clad in insulated laminated glass with white aluminum framing; operable windows in a modulated, syncopated pattern will create spectacular floor to ceiling glass curtain walls.
  • With ceiling heights in excess of 10 feet, the apartments has panoramic views of Manhattan, the Hudson River, and the New Jersey riverfront.
  • Each floor houses individual apartments of approximately 2,000 square feet.
