  • Offices formerly housed there were moved to the Niagara Center unitl completion of the Robert H. Jackson United States Courthouse.
  • Uniquest, a partnership of Uniland Development and Acquest Development, purchased it from the federal government in April, 2007 for $6.1 million.
  • The facade will be replaced with blue glass.
  • Renovation will cost about $60 million.
  • Plans call for renovation into 150 hotel rooms on the lower floors, 125,000 square feet of office space on five middle floors, and 40 residential condominiums on the top three floors.
