  • This building has 5 apartments on each of the top 15 floors.
  • Tallest high-rise building in Århus from 1962 to 1970; surpassed by Grøfthøjparken 159-163.
  • The only other masonry-framed high-rise in Denmark is Højhus Langenæs, which used the same engineering methods.
  • This was the first Danish high-rise built with structural masonry. It used a new standard of brickwork developed in Norway which enabled the walls to support the structure without being too thick.
