  • One of only 2 high-rises in Denmark with a masonry structure, Højhus Langenæs was built using the experiences gained by the same team in the construction of Højhus Charlottehøj.
  • Tallest residential building in Jutland, Denmark.
  • The facade was covered with red bricks until 1991-92 when aluminium plates of the same colour were fitted on top of them.
  • There are 6 apartments on each of the 15 top floors.
