  • It was originally ten stories tall, clad in buff brick, and according to Fire Insurance maps had a main roof height (excluding the penthouse) of 105' (32 m).
  • The exterior was radically changed along with the addition of the 11th story in 1975 as part of downtown Anniston's revitalization efforts.
  • On July 26, 2003, the 10th floor of the building caught fire and, since then, only the first two floors have been reopened.
  • As of late 2003 the building's future was uncertain.
  • Since it was built, this has been the tallest building in Anniston.
