  • Tallest building in northwest Washington.
  • Observation area and restaurant on 15th floor with views.
  • When the tower was first constructed, a radio tower was added that doubled the height. It was removed in the 1940s.
  • This is the northernmost high-rise building in the contiguous lower 48 states; the southernmost is the Bonefish Tower Condominium in Marathon, Florida. The two towers are 3,586 miles apart by highway.
  • The northernmost high-rise buildings in the entire fifty United States are the two towers of the Hilton Anchorage in Anchorage, Alaska.
