  • Located directly across 5th Street from the new Landmark Plaza. This park honors native son Charles Schultz with bronze statues of characters from his much-loved comic strip "Peanuts".
  • The hotel replaced the Windsor Hotel, which was demolished in 1908.
  • Originally opened on April 18, 1910, it was immediately hailed as "St. Paul's Million-Dollar Hotel."
  • One of several important public and private buildings situated around Rice Park, on the western side of downtown St. Paul.
  • The St. Paul Hotel was closed in 1979 because of declining business, only to be remodeled and reopened in 1982.
  • It is connected by skyway to Landmark Towers and The Lowry.
