  • Faced with ornate terra cotta and brick, its design features highly ornamented spandrel panels, cornice, belt courses and first-floor window trim.
  • Its designer was Charles Franklin of the R. F. Felchin Company.
  • Though now vacant, the Bank of Italy Building is one of the outstanding buildings of downtown Fresno.
