  • Originally built as an office building, the Hyatt Regency Hotel has an exterior of brick with a copper roof and details of cast iron.
  • At the time it was converted for use as a hotel in 1983, a glass atrium was added to the Main Street side of the structure, filling in what use to be Genesee Street.
  • The height of 237' is to the upper cornice line. A hipped roof rises above that.
