  • The original 6th Street entrance is flanked by large stone reliefs by Warren T. Moseman. They depict a Farmer and a Mechanic, representative of the original tenant, the Farmer's and Mechanic's Savings Bank of Minneapolis.
  • The original banking hall was completed in 1941, with 8 additional floors added atop the building after 1963.
  • The building is connected by skyway to RBC Plaza, the 510 Marquette Building, and Rand Tower.
  • Ryan Companies converted this office building into the 214-room Westin Minneapolis during 2006 and 2007.
  • The Westin Minneapolis opened on May 3, 2007.
