  • The building has a distinctive red brick facade and copper green roof making it a local landmark.
  • The facades on the 2nd & 3rd Street sides of the building were designed to appear to be individual two to four story buildings. These are replicas of the older buildings that originally stood at this location. They were demolished to make way for the new project.
  • The AMC Sundance 11 Theatre in the building was the first theatre to open in Downtown Fort Worth in 50 years at the time.
