  • Wallstreet Tower has 144 residential condos ranging from 520 square feet to 1,520 square feet and five different floor plans to choose from.
  • This is the first post World War II office tower in downtown Kansas City, to be converted to residential use.
  • The architects were recognized for the design of this building by the Chicago Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 1976.
  • The structure is exposed from the ground level to the fifth floor, including a massive partially exposed space truss supporting the tower.
  • The exposed exterior columns are filled with water, potassium carbonate and potassium nitrate, for fire resistive reasons.
