  • The building was purchased by The Carlyle Group and Goodman Real Estate from the city of Seattle in 2000 for $46 million.
  • When the Dexter Horton Building was built, it was the largest office building in the country in floor space.
  • Designed in the "E" plan to maximize natural light.
