  • It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 along with other buildings by Henry Charles Trost.
  • Now known as the Cortez Building, it is currently used for offices.
  • It originally opened as Hotel Orndorff in 1926. It became the Hotel Hussmann in 1927, then finally the Hotel Cortez in 1934.
