  • Only three bays wide, this is one of the narrowest high-rise buildings in Indianapolis.
  • This building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
  • Home offices of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, it is connected to the Hilbert Circle Theatre at the rear.
  • On 5 November 1973, while still operating as a hotel, floors 15-17 ignited from the radiant heat of the burning Grant Building and Thomas Building across Washington Street.
